Strength Ops Weight Training

Join MWR Fitness for its new Strength Ops group fitness class! This class is open to any level of weight training and will help you learn how to properly use the correct machines to tone and get in shape. It will focus on muscular endurance and cardiovascular training.  

All authorized patrons ages 18+ are eligible to participate.
