Every first & third Thursday of the month | 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM | La Mesa Community Center | FREE

Join the Fleet and Family Support Center for its new Mindfulness & Me class! This course is designed for your little ones ages 18 months - 4 years. Parents and children will learn age-appropriate mindfulness techniques and experience gentle movement.
