Slow down, stretch deeply, and reset your mind & body with this calming Yin Yoga class. This slow-paced class focuses on longer-held poses and finding your edge. It is an excellent way to improve flexibility and mobility while promoting deep relaxation.

This class is perfect for all levels - especially if you're new to yoga or looking to unwind after a long day.

Mats are available if needed. Please arrive early to set up your space.
